A concealed suspended ceiling grid system suitable for most internal drylining ceiling applications. Suitable for both domestic, commercial and industrial buildings. The system comprises of a concealed metal frame work which is suspended from the stuctural soffit using galvanized angle section and angle cleats. Finished with a sheet material such as plasterboard which are screwed to the framework to form the ceiling which is either taped and jointed, or skim plastered to achieve a seamless monolithic surface.
Access to the void is only possible with the location of access panels.
The main board carrier section. Can be known as a top hat section due to its apperance. Available in 3600mm lengths. This section is located into the Perimeter Channel and is connected at a 90° to the Support Channel using a wire clip. Generally located at 400mm centres dependant on the board sizes.
Perimeter support section within the ceiling lining system for furring bar to locate into. Available in 3600mm lengths.
Main support section with the ceiling system. Available in 3600mm lengths this section is connected to the galvanized angle and connected at a 90° degree angle to the furring bar using a wire clip. Generally located at 1200mm centres dependant on the specifics of the plasterboard.
