The Armorgard CuttingStation™ helps reduce dust, reduce noise and increase safety by offering a unique workstation for the safe cutting of lengths of metal. The workstation features adjustable extending support arms with v sections for found material and flat sections for other material. The CuttingStation has built in health and safety features including internal 110V power supply sockets, vapour proof light, fire-rated sound deadening foam and PVC screens to contain and protect from sparks.

The CuttingStation has a secure lockable cabinet beneath the workbench area which is locked with a 5-lever deadlock for added security. The workbench is lined with a rubber mat which not only provides an anti-slip surface for the use of a chop saw but also helps to reduce vibration during operation of the saw. The innovative design allows the chop saw to be positioned at a safe working height, minimising risk of accident or injury.

As well as providing a safe working environment the CuttingStation can be easily moved thanks to its heavy duty swivel wheels that allow it to be moved to wherever you need it most.
